I have been in clinical practice as a full-time psychotherapist for thirty years facilitating individuals, couples, families, groups, intensive formats, conferences, telehealth internationally, and providing clinical supervision for universities in the greater Maryland metropolitan area. As an integrative and holistically focused therapist, I understand the origin and interrelationship of issues on the level of mind, emotions, body, and spirit.

In every context, my heart is to facilitate greater fulfillment and satisfaction in life. This includes the development of improved communication and deeper connection in relationships. I also support clients in achieving freedom from limiting belief systems, patterns, trauma, and emotional childhood wounds. Our work together will also include the discovery and expansion of your unique gifts and support you in living a life centered in your authentic identity.

It has been my unique privilege to partner with individuals of all ages, races, and walks of life experiencing challenges in various areas of their lives on this beautiful journey for 30 years.

Over my 30 years of clinical experience, I have integrated many therapeutic modalities that are utilized based on where each person is in their life. Among the various therapeutic approaches offered, there is an opportunity for a faith-based/ spiritual framework for individuals whose spirituality is central to their journey of greater wholeness and well-being.

Also available are natural approaches including non-invasive, simple testing and all-natural supplementation protocols to address the biochemical imbalances of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and others are available for those experiencing imbalances who want an alternative to psychiatric medications.
